Firstly we receive a customer sketch in which gives us the part dimensions and sheet metal thickness
Our expert design team will there create 2D or 3D CAD drawing on Solidworks.
Also, additional cutting technology is added to the drawing to maximise our excellent precision cutting
The part is then nestled in order to optimise sheet utilisation
It is now ready for cutting
Lastly, there is a final quality inspection by one of our experts and the order is packaged and despatched. Tolerance on the laser is +/- 0.2mm and this is always checked by a vernier calliper as part of our final quality inspection.
